FITNESS Private and group fitness sessions are led by our trainer Rhian who started her training as a classical dancer before extending her studies into fitness, yoga and Pilates. Using a selection of methods from functional training, active release techniques, core stability and flexibility training, Rhian will create an attainable and realistic programme for your goals. Her fun and invigorating sessions have something for everyone whether you are an experienced athlete or just starting out. |

Yoga is a great way to restore the body after a days skiing, increasing mobility, flexibility and strength. Yoga can be practiced at any fitness level and can be tailored to beginners or advanced levels. |

Pilates - 60 min Pilates focuses on building your core strength and posture through low impact stretching and conditioning exercises. The session will improve your skiing and reduce your chance of injury. It enables you to develop your muscles without adding bulk, increasing your flexibility and agility and toning at the same time. We will design a programme tailored to your needs with the aim of restoring a greater sense of balance within the body. |
